RETURNS
Mayflower offers 30 days to return certain items from the day the order is received. Hats and beanies are not eligible for returns.

HOW TO RETURN?
*Ensure all goods are returned as new, and unworn

1. Email hello@mayflowersupplyco.com and provide your order # or name associated with the order, and the reason for the return
2. We will then email you the return shipping label (returns are free of charge)
3. You may reuse the original shipping box and or mailer if the items will remain protected
4. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the handler loses the package

Once the item is returned to our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5 business days for your funds to reach your bank account. Email confirmation will be sent along with updates on your refund.
